Ihave always been fascinated by human behavior and the way our experiences, relationships, and context shape who we are. This curiosity, along with a desire tobetter understand people, is what led me to pursue psychology and what continuesto drive me to keep learning and growing professionally.
I see therapy as a space where learning, closeness, trust, and all the experiences thatare part of life—both painful and pleasant—coexist. It is a place to look at oneselfwith kindness, to understand oneself, to learn new ways of dealing with difficulties, and to move toward a life more in alignment with one’s own values and needs.
I believe it is essential to continuously update my training in order to offerevidence-based interventions adjusted to the needs I find in my practice. At the sametime, I believe that therapy goes beyond technical knowledge. That is why my goal isto create a non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, andsupported. Furthermore, I particularly value authenticity and strive to ensure it ispresent in our sessions, building a therapeutic relationship based on trust andteamwork.
I know that taking the step to start therapy isn’t always easy. It involves exploringaspects of our experience that can be painful or make us feel vulnerable, which iswhy I deeply value the trust that each person places in this space. I’d be delighted towalk with you on this journey.
