S\u00f3n m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents en nens que en nenes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu\u00e8 afavoreix que es produeixin?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Alguns elements que augmenten la probabilitat s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El fet d\u2019arribar a la nit massa cansat pot produir un somni m\u00e9s profund i augmentar la probabilitat que es produeixin els terrors nocturns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Que hi hagi antecedents familiars de terrors nocturns o somnambulisme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En algun cas puntual, poden estar relacionats amb problemes psicol\u00f2gics del nen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>S\u2019ha de despertar a un nen durant un terror nocturn?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/psicologiainfantilmallorca.com\/catala\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/despertar-a-un-nen-durant-un-terror-nocturn.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"240\" height=\"160\" src=\"https:\/\/psicologiainfantilmallorca.com\/catala\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/despertar-a-un-nen-durant-un-terror-nocturn.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3503\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Quan el nen estigui experimentant un terror nocturn, no sol despertar-se i els intents per a calmar-lo solen ser in\u00fatils. \u00c9s recomanable romandre al costat del nen perqu\u00e8 es tranquil\u00b7litzi i deixar-lo dormir en acabar l\u2019episodi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:53px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quan es recomana acudir a un especialista?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u2019hauria d\u2019acudir a un especialista quan afecti les activitats de la seva vida di\u00e0ria o li produeixi un malestar significatiu, per exemple, que sigui un impediment per a realitzar algunes sortides escolars en les quals hagi de passar la nit fora, si t\u00e9 una excessiva preocupaci\u00f3 per quedar-se adormit, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quina difer\u00e8ncia hi ha entre terrors nocturns i malsons?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els terrors nocturns s\u00f3n menys freq\u00fcents que els malsons. Els malsons s\u00f3n somnis aterridors que acaben despertant al nen, el qual ser\u00e0 capa\u00e7 de descriure amb detall la seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia del que estava somiant. Com m\u00e9s agradable sigui l\u2019ambient per a dormir, m\u00e9s probabilitat de descansar pl\u00e0cidament i menys de desvetllar-se espantat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conv\u00e9 no promoure jocs molt moguts per a no activar en exc\u00e9s al nen, aix\u00ed com una il\u00b7luminaci\u00f3 t\u00e8nue i ambient tranquil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No es recomanen begudes que continguin excitants com a cafe\u00efna o cacau.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9s important seguir rutina de bany (raspallar dents, fer pip\u00ed, posar pijama, etc.) i una rutina de dormitori (se\u2019l pot acompanyar i llegir un conte o xerrar uns 10 minuts sobre el dia).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La temperatura de l\u2019habitaci\u00f3 ha de ser adequada (aproximadament uns 20 \u00b0C) i \u00e9s convenient haver ventilat l\u2019habitaci\u00f3 durant el dia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conv\u00e9 tenir un matal\u00e0s de qualitat i un coix\u00ed que no sigui molt gruixut.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s important que els pares segueixin unes pautes adequades d\u2019higiene de somni que afavoreixi un somni de qualitat en els seus fills.
