Em comen\u00e7o a posar nervi\u00f3s i se&#8217;m fa un nus a l&#8217;est\u00f3mac. Segur que no ho he preparat prou i suspendr\u00e9\u2026em quedar\u00e9 en blanc, em bloquejar\u00e9. He de posar-me a estudiar, per\u00f2 se&#8217;m fa una muntanya. Em suen les mans i em costa concentrar-me. \u00c9s el mateix que em passa a l&#8217;hora de fer l&#8217;examen, per\u00f2 just abans, \u00e9s encara pitjor! Aix\u00ed segur que ho far\u00e9 malament. El millor seria no presentar-me i almenys aix\u00ed no patir\u00e9 tant ni decebr\u00e9 a ning\u00fa\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si quan hi ha ex\u00e0mens el\/la teu\/va fill\/a se posa molt nervi\u00f3s\/a i aix\u00f2 et resulta familiar, \u00e9s bastant possible que tengui ansietat davant els ex\u00e0mens. En la preadolesc\u00e8ncia (11-13 anys) les pors socials i escolars adquireixen cada vegada m\u00e9s import\u00e0ncia pel que \u00e9s molt probable que aparegui aquesta ansietat. Per a saber m\u00e9s sobre les pors evolutives podeu visitar el blog &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/psicologiainfantilmallorca.com\/catala\/les-pors-evolutives-en-la-infancia-he-dactuar-o-esperar-a-que-desapareguin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Les pors en la inf\u00e0ncia. He d&#8217;actuar o deixar que se li passi?<\/a>&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;ansietat \u00e9s una emoci\u00f3 natural que ens \u00e9s \u00fatil perqu\u00e8 ens posa en alerta davant una possible amena\u00e7a. Quan es presenta en uns nivells moderats facilita el rendiment i incrementa la motivaci\u00f3. No obstant, quan els nivells s\u00f3n alts pot provocar una p\u00e8rdua de control sobre la nostra conducta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;ansietat davant els ex\u00e0mens \u00e9s un conjunt de reaccions negatives que molts adolescents pateixen quan perceben l&#8217;examen com una amena\u00e7a o una situaci\u00f3 estressant. Aquesta pot donar-se:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Abans de l&#8217;examen (ansietat anticipat\u00f2ria): quan s&#8217;est\u00e0 estudiant l&#8217;examen o es pensa en aquest.<\/li><li>Durant l&#8217;examen (situacional)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Per qu\u00e8 es produeix?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Existeixen diverses causes, per\u00f2 les m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Preparaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;examen inefica\u00e7: falta de planificaci\u00f3, \u201cfartaneres\u201d d&#8217;\u00faltima hora, falta de comprensi\u00f3 i\/o organitzaci\u00f3 de la informaci\u00f3, etc.<\/li><li>La pr\u00f2pia situaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;examen: haver de demostrar el que sabem en poc temps i\/o rebre una qualificaci\u00f3 (nota).<\/li><li>Pensaments negatius relacionats amb: ex\u00e0mens anteriors, comparacions amb els altres, excessiva exig\u00e8ncia amb nosaltres mateixos\/es i\/o conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies negatives de fer malament l&#8217;examen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Manifestacions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les manifestacions de l\u2019ansietat davant ex\u00e0mens es poden donar en tres nivells diferents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nivell fisiol\u00f2gic\/emocional<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Fisiol\u00f2gic:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dificultat per a respirar o sensaci\u00f3 d&#8217;ofec<\/li><li>Palpitacions o ritme card\u00edac accelerat<\/li><li>Sudoraci\u00f3 o mans fredes i humides<\/li><li>Sequedat de boca<\/li><li>Marejos o sensacions d&#8217;inestabilitat<\/li><li>N\u00e0usees, diarrees o altres trastorns abdominals<\/li><li>Fogots o calfreds<\/li><li>Micci\u00f3 freq\u00fcent<\/li><li>Dificultat per a empassar o sensaci\u00f3 de tenir un nus en la gola<\/li><li>Dificultat per a dormir<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Emocional:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Nerviosisme i inquietud<\/li><li>Irritabilitat<\/li><li>Tensi\u00f3 muscular<\/li><li>Por<\/li><li>Aprehensi\u00f3<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nivell cognitiu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Pensaments negatius:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Valoraci\u00f3 negativa d&#8217;un mateix: \u201cS\u00f3c incapa\u00e7 d\u2019estudiar-m\u2019ho tot\u201d, \u201cs\u00f3c pitjor que els altres\u201d, \u201cno valc per a estudiar\u201d<\/li><li>Anticipar que suspendr\u00e0: \u201cem quedar\u00e9 en blanc i suspendr\u00e9\u201d, \u201cno sabr\u00e9 respondre\u201d, \u201csegur que no em recordar\u00e9 de tot\u201d<\/li><li>Fixar-se en les sensacions f\u00edsiques: \u201cm&#8217;estan tremolant les mans\u201d, \u201cno aconsegueixo acordar-me\u201d, \u201cem va el cor molt r\u00e0pid\u201d<\/li><li>Imaginar conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies molt negatives del suspens: \u201cpensaran que soc in\u00fatil\u201d, \u201cno podr\u00e9 acabar els meus estudis\u201d<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Confusi\u00f3 mental:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dificultat per a concentrar-se i prendre decisions<\/li><li>Dificultat per a llegir i entendre preguntes, organitzar pensaments o recordar paraules o conceptes (\u201cQuedar-se en blanc\u201d).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nivell motor\/conductual<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pertorbacions en la conducta motora verbal: tremolor de la veu, repeticions, tartamudesa, etc.<\/li><li>Intranquil\u00b7litat motora: deambular, moviments repetitius, gratar-se, tocar-se, tremolors, tics, etc.<\/li><li>Augment del consum de subst\u00e0ncies (per exemple: estimulants, relaxants, complexos vitam\u00ednics\u2026)<\/li><li>Augment o disminuci\u00f3 de la ingesta d&#8217;aliments<\/li><li>Conductes inadequades: veure la televisi\u00f3, dormir, jugar, deixar passar el temps davant dels llibres\u2026 en comptes d&#8217;estudiar.<\/li><li>Evitaci\u00f3 i\/o escapada de la situaci\u00f3 temuda: abandonar l&#8217;examen o no presentar-se<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Totes aquestes manifestacions que hem esmentat comporten conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies negatives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Atenci\u00f3, mem\u00f2ria i record:<\/strong> l&#8217;ansietat exerceix un efecte interferent que disminueix tant la capacitat de parar esment com la de processar informaci\u00f3. A trav\u00e9s d&#8217;aquesta, podem ajudar als adolescents a identificar i modificar aquells pensaments negatius i invalidants i buscar estrat\u00e8gies que els ajudin a enfrontar-se a les emocions i sensacions que senten durant la preparaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;examen i la realitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest. Aix\u00ed mateix, aprendre a adoptar uns h\u00e0bits d&#8217;estudi adequats per a una bona preparaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a aconseguir una major efic\u00e0cia, tamb\u00e9 es treballa amb els pares i\/o tutors per a oferir estrat\u00e8gies per a poder reduir els s\u00edmptomes d&#8217;ansietat i acompanyar-los en el proc\u00e9s terap\u00e8utic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si cada vegada que el\/la teu\/va&nbsp; fill\/a ha de fer un examen comencen a apar\u00e8ixer sentiments de preocupaci\u00f3 i inseguretat, es bloqueja, i a vegades es queda completament en blanc i no \u00e9s capa\u00e7 de respondre a les preguntes, possiblement sofreix ansietat davant els ex\u00e0mens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s normal que ens sentim una mica nerviosos o estressats davant un examen, per\u00f2 quan aquest sentiment s&#8217;intensifica pot afectar el rendiment i la concentraci\u00f3.
